Your responsibilities
- Sourcing Activities: Supporting the factory SCM on assigned tasks. Supporting in liaison to planning and fulfillment team in the ERP data management under SCM responsibility like supplier contact details, allocation plan, prices, lead time, MOQ, Incoterms, payment terms.
- Bidding and Order Execution: Supporting for material price and terms and conditions control throughout the value chain from tender, ERP master data and oversees invoices control rules. Measuring gaps tender or actuals investigate root causes and take adequate corrective/preventive measures. Supporting tender material costing and run tender-specific negotiations where applicable.
- Factory Processes: Acting promptly on assigned issues escalated according to the escalation matrix. Supporting on analysis and reporting tasks.
- Supplier Management: Leading and supporting company and contractors’ qualifications processes on assigned suppliers. Supporting Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE) on assigned tasks. Working on improving assigned supplier performance measurement and improvement tasks. Supporting assigned claim management to maximize compensation to HAPG and escalate as necessary.
- Projects: Supporting factory SCM in material cost-cutting and risk mitigation projects, preferably using dynamic evolution methodology. Supporting SCM-related local activities for R&D, DTV, New Product Introduction, and product cost improvement projects. Supporting technology transfer projects and other agreed improvement measures.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in science or business management.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Knowledge in SAP.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
