JD:
§ Planning, organizing, and controlling of Warehouse’s over-all operations.
§ Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to Hospital objectives and set targets.
§ Make plans to develop the staff of the warehouse through internal/on-job training.
§ Follow up & control daily absence and overtime.
§ Ensure that the workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
§ Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse and surrounding area.
§ Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, and manpower status report to Logistics Manager.
§ Follow up the System against actual activities.
§ Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
§ Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to the Hospital.
§ Audit of daily labor and billing reports.
§ Improvement & development of warehouse.
§ Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
§ Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration._ Enhance subordinates’ wellbeing and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
§ Always research to improve all warehouse operations according to the hospital’s objectives.
§ Scheduling of personnel based on client-supplied schedules.
§ Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.
§ Running shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
§ Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
§ Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
§ Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
§ Control purchasing department budgets.
§ Interview and hire staff, and oversee staff training.
§ Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to Hospital policy.
§ Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability to avoid any shortage.
§ Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
§ Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
§ Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
§ Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
§ Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
§ Liaise with the Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier
§ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree of Pharmaceuticals science is a Must
