Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

 Support suppliers in a smooth migration from the current ERP to a new one

 Collect and confirm key contact from Suppliers (EDI / LOG / Key Account Manager/Follow up)

 Check and support supplier to complete registration in B2B Portal

 Present the Migration project (Packaging, Transport & Business)

 Answer all supplier’s interrogations and requests

 Animate a regular meeting with suppliers and all stakeholders to ensure the onboarding

 Check the access of suppliers to customer’s system

 Ensure the forecast reception at supplier’s ERP

 Escalate the supplier issues and alerts to the task force

 Manage the migration project to the new ERP through the checklist

 Elaborate the Weekly KPIs of the migration project

 Participate to the weekly meeting with the manager of operations and the project leader

Requirements

Your profile

 Master’s or Engineer degree in Logistics engineering, Supply chain management, Industrial

engineering.

 Knowledge of the fundamentals of supply chain management

 Knowledge on Project management

 Experience in procurement, industrial Logistics, Supply Chain management, ERP management,

and Architecture of system flows.

 1+ year of relevant experience.

 Experience in automotive industries

 Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Basics of an ERP, Power BI

 Languages :

o English : Fluent;

o French : Fluent ;

o Italian : Optional;

 Highly skilled in presentation and animation with a high diversity of stakeholders

 Analytical and synthetical mind set

 High Level understand of Supply Chain Processes

 Proactive and autonomous

 Good in communication and relationship

 Ability of training and coaching

 Ability to adapt to changes

 Capacity to alert
