Selah ElTelmeez, a leading company in the education and printing industry, is looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Job Description
– Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
– Conduct demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain function (e.g., cost per unit, lead time, stock turnover).
– Oversee all purchasing activities and develop sourcing strategies to secure materials and services at the best possible value.
– Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers and vendors to achieve favorable agreements.
– Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with key local and international suppliers.
– Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery standards.
– Implement effective inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize loss (damage, obsolescence).
Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, material handling, and adherence to safety standards.
– Optimize stock levels by setting minimum and maximum stock quantities and reorder points.
Job Requirements
– Bachelorโs degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
– MBA preferred
– Experience of at least +15 years, 5 years minimum in managerial position
– Experience in the field of printing is highly preferred
– Proven experience with ERP/SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
