SupplyChain Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
• Review purchase requests received form planning department in terms of lead time , quantity, need by date & inventory of each material to guarantee maximum value for the company
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• Follow-up supplier payments according to the due dates with finance department.
• Preparing & reporting procurement reports.
• Review and evaluate the supplier’s performance on a semester basis.
Standards & Regulations (optional, only for applicable jobs)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in any pharmacy, medicine or veterinary medicine is a plus.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field is a plus.
• Excellent commend of English language.
• V good user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• From 0 to 2 years experience in a similar position preferably pharma industry or is a must.
