We are currently hiring “Supply Chain & Business Planning Manager” for one of the top Industrial automation corporations in MENA region who work with open architecture platform ‘ordix.ai’,
With their global offices, they empower manufacturing and supply chain organizations through sustainable, high-quality automation & Digitization systems. Seeking an experienced Manager to optimize processes, oversee supply chain activities, and drive strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process for projects , including procurement, demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze demand patterns, and customer requirements to develop accurate demand forecasts and facilitate proactive planning.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective supply chain management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, KPI tracking, and reporting to measure supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the supply chain function.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of general experience in supply chain management, business planning, and operations, preferably within the (FMCG) industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, business planning, and operations within a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and drive change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence.
