1. Previous experience in Demand Planning is required.
2. Proficiency in SAP IBP is necessary.
3. Strong English communication skills, as most of the team operates in English.
4. Foundational knowledge in excel and analysis.
5. Previous experience in sales volume and forecasting sales.
