Supply and Demand Planner At Breadfast

You will be responsible for:

• Accountable for securing business continuity by ensuring product availability, while maintaining inventory efficiency.
• Optimize stock levels to prevent material losses, reduce logistics costs, and maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Responsible for short and medium-term forecasting, improving forecast accuracy and bias.
• Lead the replenishment of products within the category in all Fulfillment Points through replenishment order calculations.
• Provide regular visibility to key stakeholders on any risks in availability or opportunities for growth with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve and optimize the end-to-end supply cycle.
• Analyze data and processes to determine the root cause of issues within the process and drive action plans and projects.

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• 1-3 years of experience in demand & supply planning in FMCG or retail business.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
• Working Knowledge of supply chain planning.
• A high level of accountability to function in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
