]We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Procurement Coordinator to support our store procurement operations. The role focuses on coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relations, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling purchasing requests and orders as per business needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier communications.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to fulfill operational requirements.
- Prepare and update reports using Excel for procurement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- No prior experience is required.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of English language.
- Basic understanding of procurement and ordering processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
