Stock / Inventory Controller is needed for feeding manufacturing

Duties and Responsibilities :

· Assist and maintain the accuracy of stock balance on the ERP and in the warehouse’s physical locations on daily bases.

· Coordinate internal stock transfers, resolve any delays and resolve the cause of differences in stock balance if found.

· Perform regular inventory audits and perform monthly cycle counts for all warehouses.

· Report and analyze any system issues related to warehouse operations affecting the stock level accuracy.

· Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse staff, fleet, purchasing, sales, and finance departments.

· Analyze supply chain data to ensure stock availability according to the monthly production plan and prevent out-of-stock or over-stock.

· Place purchase order requisitions on the system to replenish stocks if needed.

· Set reorder point for all raw materials if needed and update the lead time of purchased items with purchasing team.

· Recommend and suggest new policies and procedures for inventory control.

· Issue reports for the inventory transactions and balances weekly, monthly, and yearly

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred Business Administration or supply chain studies.

· 2:4 years of experience in the warehousing field, experience in the feed or agriculture industry is a huge asset

· Computer skills, especially MS Excel skills.

· Analytical skills and strong attention to details.

· Good command of the English language.
10th of Ramadan residents are highly preferred
