Job Description

• Manage and maintain the company’s materials and product inventory including stock profiles and stock
  locations.
• Ensure incoming products are receipted and managed appropriately according to the company s
  procedures.
• Provide routine management information on inventory performance.
• Produce weekly reports to ensure Key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any
  discrepancies are addressed and resolved.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory counts, analyze results, book- to -physical reconciliations, investigate
  variances, and resolve issues through the use of root-cause analysis.
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and
  storage conditions).
• Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures for inventory transactions.
• Manage the local inventory system by processing change of prices and change of season transactions.
• Discrepancies upon receipt of shipments.
• Maintain stock analysis reports for warehouses.
