Sr_Supply_Chain_Specialist is Immediately Needed for Fahmy Group.

– Working Condition : Sunday – Thursday
– Working Hours : 8:30 – 5:30
– Industry : Manufacturing
– Experience : 4 – 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate and monitor transportation and logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while minimizing costs.

Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing costs and optimizing routes.

Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to negotiate rates and service agreements.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

Inventory Management:

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize inventory levels, reduce stock outs, and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand.

Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed

Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.

Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Supply Chain Optimization:

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements related to transportation, customs, and trade, and maintain accurate documentation and records as per company policies and procedures.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and production, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.

Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or related roles.

Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics processes, and inventory management techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics management software.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
