Spare Parts Manager At Elkasrawy

Elkasrawy Group for Automotive is currently Hiring Spare Parts Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1-Establish profit targets and action plans
2-Make periodic result reviews and demand forecasts
3-Establish collaborations and cooperative relations with other departments
4-Make and maintain a good and safe work environment
5-Plan parts manpower needs.
6-Arrange the team time shifts and employees rotations between branches.
7-Evaluate and monitor the performance of department employees.
8-Coaches staff on non-technical and know-how of the job.
9-Establish and implement activities to increase fulfilment rate for customer satisfaction, profitability of parts/accessories.
10-Authorize and implementing operations within the guidelines assigned by the company
11-Manage department expenditures
12-Other duties as assigned by his manager.

Requirements:

1-Bachelor degree.
2-5 years’ experience in the same position is a must.
3-Inventory control management.
4-Planning skills.
5-Leadership skills.
6-Problem solving ,analysis skills.
7-Decision making.
