Spare Parts Analyst urgently needed:

Ensure at all times the optimal functioning of the spare parts management with the scope of ensuring continuous production process. Provide analysis and reports regarding the Spare parts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MRP (material requirement planning)
Assure through MRP that all necessary parts are ordered, received, stored and distributed as per the stock policy.
Assist and support maintenance engineers in defining the main attributes of the spare part stock; minimum, maximum stock and reordering level in order.
SPARE PARTS ANALYSES:
Analyze data to develop local Spare parts reduction initiatives and projects that will deliver recommendations for ongoing improvement in spare parts management. Prepare consolidate reports for Maintenance manager and Maintenance Planning & Assets Manager to show progress against planned targets / initiatives.
Continuously analyze and propose ways to reduce spare parts inventory up to the optimal level.
SPARE PARTS MONITORING::
Recommend spare parts requirements in order to ensure the availability and minimize the consumption.
Monitor and assist the asset engineers in maintaining the spare parts software database program to ensure that the informational system reflects the physical stock situation.
Support the on time preparation of the purchase orders of spare parts. Alert always in case of delays or changes, increases or decreases, of the planned quantities that causes changes to the materials requested
SPARE PARTS DATABASE
Maintain up to date the spare parts software database program to ensure that the informational system reflects the physical stock situation. Record, monitor and report specific KPI evolution.
COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION:
Cooperate with team members and other staff in order to accomplish the objectives.
Ensure the transmission of necessary information in/between the teams and to the groups of support in order to ensure all the targets are met.
Investigating in the reasons of requesting the parts and also to locate the problem and to put a preventive plan for the problem.
Calculating the expiration date for every spare part by observing the malfunction reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in a production/supply chain environment
• production management, engineering or operations experience
• High Education Degree

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Lean Methodologies
• In depth working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Windows-based software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• AutoCAD is a plus
• English is a must
• Previous experience with ERP required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving, creativity and decision making skills.
