Sourcing Manager At EVA Cosmetics

We are looking for a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team!

If you have over 15 years of experience in the Cosmetics Industry and a strong background in sourcing, we want to hear from you!

Job Objective:

Seeking to leverage expertise in supplier performance management, strategic sourcing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost-effective solutions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and improve sourcing procedures and strategies in alignment with corporate vision
– Enhance collaboration with internal and external partners
– Approve purchase orders and monitor supplier performance
– Conduct on-site vendor evaluations and quality checks
– Drive cost reduction initiatives and execute strategic sourcing plans
– Lead the sourcing team to identify optimal sources for materials
– Oversee all purchase requests and price comparisons with multiple suppliers.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
– 15+ years of experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry
– Proficient in English, computer skills, and sourcing strategies
– Strong networking skills, team-oriented, and a great communicator
– Detail-oriented, results-driven, and analytical
