Freight Dispatcher Job Summary

We seek a Freight Dispatcher to oversee the daily coordination of freight shipments. The Freight Dispatcher will ensure that orders are filled promptly and efficiently, while also providing outstanding customer service. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Freight Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pickup, delivery, and tracking of freight orders
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and other transportation personnel
• Monitor and update order status in the transportation management system
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate any delays or other potential problems to the customer

Freight Dispatcher Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in a shipping role
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to communicate over email effectively.
• Aware of Egypt’s map and territories.
• Odoo Knowledge is a plus.
