One Investment is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Team Leader to oversee and lead our end-to-end supply chain processes — from procurement and logistics to inventory and demand planning. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team across procurement, logistics, and planning functions.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance compliance.
• Optimize inventory levels to support operational efficiency and service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, finance, and customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with effective contingency planning.
• Ensure full compliance with local/international shipping and customs regulations.

✅ Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, planning, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
