Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Respond to RFQs and prepare ONG customers’ costing and rates
• Develop supply chain solutions for ONG customers.
- Analyze and disseminate strategic information to ensure bid process effectiveness
• Lead the monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with customers.
• Set customer SLA’s as per the operational capacities and legal requirements.
• Develop contingency management of customer demands.
• Makes sure customers SLAs are met.
• Reduce service failures to mitigate credit notes.
• Ensure and improve service levels through regular customer’s feedback.
• Reporting any information that might impact Company image and brand or functioning
• Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
• Develop and maintain the Supply Chain Team’s response and recovery plan during a disruptive incident, using the tools and templates provided by the local business continuity coordinator working within the BIE team.
