Responsibilities: Achieve quarterly volume and revenue targets. Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets. Manage and maintain relationships with customers. Create and execute quarterly engagement plan (existing customers). Identify new business from the existing accounts. Create and execute quarterly sales plan (new customers). Acquire and onboard new customers. Obtain forecasts and proactively plan with customers and concerned internal parties. Liaise with CX counterpart to effectively manage the customer. Qualifications: Prior experience in B2B sales and account management (shipping and logistics is a plus) Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferably Logistics)
