Job brief

Handle the entire purchasing process for Nawah’s pharmaceutical division, both domestically and internationally, with a focus on research materials, equipment, and services related to the Pharma division. Ensure timely acquisition of high-quality resources at the most competitive prices, ensuring support for our employees in their work.

Job responsibilities

• Handle the procurement process, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to issuing purchase orders and receiving goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify qualified vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implement sourcing strategies with effective planning and forecasting.
• Resolve vendor disputes and ensure timely deliveries, including overseeing logistics functions such as customs, freight, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of procurement strategies with project goals, budgets, and material needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve procurement and purchasing processes and ensure access to the latest technologies.

Job requirements:

Must to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or veterinary or Pharmacy.
• Not less than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing and procurement (preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment).
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage vendor relationships (both domestic and international).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• ERP experience, preferably with Odoo.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with procurement software or tools.
