Job Requirements

- Experience building fintech, trading, or high-complexity digital products
- Strong ability to structure ambiguity and turn ideas into execution plans
- Decisive, user-focused, and execution-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

- Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial systems
- Background working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Technical understanding of engineering workflows or APIs
