responsibilities:

– Coordinate to obtain department demands which includes products, materials or any other tools that help in achieving sales targets.

– Coordinate and communicate directly with suppliers to provide required quantity at the specified time.

– Submit regular reports regarding restocking deficiencies.

– Coordinate the communication to obtain approval of the final list of required quantities.

– Submit analysis reports according to products required specifications, and suppliers’ selection.

– Coordinate to follow-up production orders in terms of raw materials availability, production capacity, products shortage administration, and report progress. policies.

– Coordinate to maintain suppliers’ contracts and submit regular reports regarding performance analysis and contract renewal.

– Coordinate to report samples’ testing, and report conformance.

– Record and Report suppliers’ incompetence in terms of quality, cost and fast delivery.

– Coordinate and follow up internally with the competent departments to prepare the documents and forms required to be submitted to clear customs procedures for the imported shipment.

– Coordinate and follow-up internally and externally to obtain the required approvals to facilitate the release procedures for imported shipments.

– Submit customs clearance documents with the required approvals and acting as a link between the representative of the Customs Authority and the warehouses to follow up on the readiness of the shipment and coordinate the delivery of the imported shipment to the warehouses.

– Coordinate internally with the concerned departments to ensure payment of invoices and fees required to implement the supply process based on the agreed payment terms.

Submit and place sales orders on applied System (SAP).

Submit analysis reports to assigned department, which include; best-seller products, Stagnant products, and develop any requested report by the top management.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience
• Bachelor degree in any relevant major
• Advanced in MS Office
• Forecasting and demand statistical analysis
• Analytical, reporting skills, and data interpretation
• Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes
• Preferred to have previous experience in cosmeceutical field
