Capital University Foundation is looking for Senior Procurement Specialist to help shaping the future of a significant entity!

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with university policies.
– Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation.
– Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.
– Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to meet procurement needs efficiently.
– Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
– Monitor supplier performance and develop long-term vendor relationships.
– Implement cost-saving strategies and improve procurement operations.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a university or academic institution.
– Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
– Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
