Job Scope:

• Initiates purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the received requisitions in alignment with standard procedures.
• Follows up and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance Plus resolving the performance issues.
• Supports the development and implementation of sourcing strategies with main suppliers in close alignment with the procurement manager.
• Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with proposal and project teams to determine necessary items for procurement during the project and develop schedules, estimates and forecasts for submission to the main suppliers. 
• Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with the procurement manager and qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with quality and engineering specialists.
• Coordinates directly with both engineering and project management teams to verify received inquires and specifications for the requested items
• Supports Sales and proposals teams by providing relevant market information and prices along with the current status of inventory.
