We are seeking a Senior Procurement Electrical Engineer to manage the procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. The role involves vendor management, technical evaluation, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage procurement activities for electrical materials and equipment.
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and conduct technical & commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering, projects, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines.
• Maintain cost efficiency and support value engineering initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a strong supplier database.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement of electrical materials.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, cables, lighting, transformers, etc.
• Experience in technical and commercial bid evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of contracts and procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
