The Role
A full time Senior Operations Executive focusing on the management of the property’s operational aspects within the Property and Facilities Management department.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all activities of the operational subcontractors (security, cleaning, fire, pest control, landscaping and others)
  • cooperate with other departments (e.g. financial , marketing, technic )
  • Liaise with tenants, to manage their ongoing operational and technical requests
  • Manage the operational part of service charge budget and prepare recommendations for improvement
  • Provide operational data , analysis as required to by Department Head
  • Manage proper handovers of the Units and any systems from or to Tenants and other users, and contractors
  • Manage all ongoing operational issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations of the property
  • Controlling & ensuring tenants compliance with provisions of their leases e.g User, Building regulation, repair & maintenance, health & safety
  • Management of tenants operational “complaints”
  • Manage and ensure fulfilment of third-party contractor’s contractual obligations to ensure smooth operation, repairs etc.
  • Control of working practices of contractors in the property
  • Managing the tendering or re-tendering of any operational service required at the property.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in Facility Management or Operational management.
