Job Description

• Study and recognize specifications, drawings, bills of quantities of each project on its own.
• Read carefully the purchasing orders to any extent to comply and emulate with the specs.
• Collect at least three quotations for each item from reliable and trusted suppliers which have a good reputation.
• Ensure that these offers comply with the project budget by cooperating with tendering and cost control departments
• Assure that purchasing orders comply with the contract unless he asks for a variation order.
• Cover the notes of the consultant on submittals
• Ask for proper data including schedule.
• Negotiate for the best conditions not only prices but also compliance with safety factors
• Study the delivery time and stick with it.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 – 8 years of experience in the same field.
