Senior Materials Planner At EGIC

About the job

Accountabilities:

· Forecast our supply needs and ensuring efficient supply materials on hand of (Raw materials, Packaging, Auxiliaries) for the whole

year for both EGIC and EG-Trade and Cascade the material required into monthly required quantities and send it to the buyers in

order to transfer it into amount of money.

· Identify the reasons of drop sales through analysis to figure out whether the reason was due to procurement department or not.

· Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.

· Track production volume and monitor customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.

· Monitor the stock of packing materials and calculate the requirements according to weekly production plan.

· Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization.

· Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy

· Discuss the inventory excess stock analysis with the finance department followed by analysis report including rational of excess

stock and corrective action for maintenance the stock level.

· Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of

improvement.

· Provide Production planning with updated stock on hand, pipeline quantities, delivery dates with POs number and supplier name.

Academic & professional qualifications:

· BA in Engineering is a MUST.

· Supply Chain Management diploma is preferred.

Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or a related position.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
