Senior Logistics Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Manage international and domestic logistics for equipment, spare parts, and consumables
• Lead import & export documentation, customs clearance (SABER, HS codes, duty assessments)
• Coordinate air/sea/land freight and freight forwarder engagements
• Plan and execute heavy equipment mobilization/demobilization between sites & countries
• Oversee fleet operations, licensing, insurance, and maintenance scheduling
• Optimize logistics cost, lead time, efficiency, and compliance
• Track shipments, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain logistics reporting dashboards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs, SFDA/SASO/SABER, and port authorities
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams
Requirements
• 7+ years proven experience in logistics, freight & forwarding, and customs clearance
• Familiar with INCOTERMS and international trade processes
• Excellent coordination & stakeholder communication skills
• GCC logistics experience is a strong advantage (KSA & UAE preferred)
Location: Dammam (with site visits)
