Jop Title: Senior Logistics Operations
Jop Description
Manage and oversee daily Export & Import shipments (air, sea, and land).
Manage all Cross trade shipments.
Prepare and review all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.) in compliance with Egyptian and international trade regulations.
Handle customs clearance procedures and liaise with authorities, freight forwarders, and chambers of commerce.
Follow up on the F13 process with finance and clearance teams to ensure accurate export refunds.
Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers to optimize costs and service levels.
Track shipments, resolve issues proactively, and update stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or Maritime Academy (or any relevant field)
Logistics Diploma is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in logistics operations
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Egyptian Customs laws.
