Job Summary:
The position is responsible for the coordination of all international Import shipments (air, ocean, etc.), customs documents and trucking.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for securing competitive Ocean / Air freight rates (import)
• Follow up all imported shipments Ocean & Air
• Request quotation from Agents and pass it to the importer
• Review the waybills with customers to ensure is has no mistakes
• Make Regular meetings with carriers (weekly /Monthly).
• Establish a good business relationship with key person within carriers.
• Establish a tariff rate sheet (import)
• Establish POLs Vs. PODs sheet from different carriers
• Send proper quotation to the client when needed
• Responsible to quote for overseas offices requests
• Handel import operation for ocean accounts
• Handel over-seas pre-alerts for arrival notices
• Follow up the custom clearance process.
• Follow up & report the Actual ETD ETA (estimated time of arrival)
• Follow up arrival for the shipments with branches all over the world.
• Send pre alerts and issuing the invoices for the shipments.
• Arrange shipments pick up

Experience:
4 ~ 7 years in the same role
Experience with ACI & MTS registration is a must

Problem Solving skills
Multi-tasking skills
Very Good English
