Job description:
Getting rates from freight forwarders, shipping lines and airlines.
Arranging contracts with freight forwarders shipping lines, Airlines
Arranging subscriptions with freight forewords network
Develop, analyze and manage freight pricing strategies for international routes
Monitor market trends, competitor rates and customer demand to arrange the suitable offer.
Prepare and send quotations to our clients for targeted services with accuracy and speed.
Secure competitive rates from carries and vendors
Evaluate profitability and cost structures for new and existing agents & carries accounts
Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets and cost models
Support commercial teams with pricing guidance and analysis for large accounts
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in pricing activities
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics pricing
Strong knowledge of international trade lines, incoterms and carrier pricing models
Professional of Excel, using ERP systems and rate management tools
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
