Senior Export Logistics Specialist At Ark Business & Logistics “Alex”

Employees will be responsible for achieving high accuracy through our operating systems to ensure high productivity and operational excellence in accordance with the requirements and/or procedures based on ARK B.L Ethics & Policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to RFQs and prepare customers’ costing and rates.
• Develop, implement, and follow up logistics & supply chain solutions for ARK B.L’s customers.
• Analyze and disseminate strategic information to ensure bid process effectiveness and long-term stability for the business.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews with customers and direct managers.
• Set customer SLA’s as per the operational capacities and legal requirements.
• Develop contingency management of customer demands.
• Makes sure customers’ SLAs are met.
• Build good relations with all our vendors ” Truckers, customs brokers, carriers Etc.”
• Ensure and improve service levels through regular customer feedback.
• Reporting any information that might impact Company’s image and brand or functioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• (Or an equivalent combination of work and education. / equivalent combination of work experience)
• A minimum experience of 2 years of industry experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft
• Combined excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyze situations and make good decisions based on available information.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
• Can work under pressure.
• Using ARK B.L’s ERP system & vendors to plan all logistics services to the client.
