Senior Export Executive
He is responsible for all aspects of the process of exporting F&B products to foreign markets. This includes managing logistics operations, managing relationships with international customers, and ensuring export regulations are enforced.
Main responsibilities:
Market development:
- Find new markets for the company’s products.
- Participate in international trade shows.
- Build strong relationships with international customers.
Logistics Management:
- Planning and executing international shipping operations.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and customs clearance.
- Ensure that products arrive at the destination on time and in the best condition.
Document Preparation:
- Prepare all documents required for export, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, health certificates and certificates of origin.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents.
- Compliance with regulations:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest export laws and regulations.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the export process.
- Develop plans to minimize these risks.
Job Requirements - Languages: Proficiency in English.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Public Relations: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to get the best terms.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical knowledge:
Basic understanding of logistics and business systems. - Possible daily tasks: Communicating with international clients via online meetings
- 5-7 years experience in the same field.
