Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer all tender/contract documents from the tender process through the contract closeout for design, construction supervision, construction, and other projects related contracts.
- Prepare tender document packages and perform contractual/commercial reviews.
- Coordinate the tendering process up to the award of the contracts.
- Review the provided guarantees and insurances documents.
- Prepare contracts correspondences.
- Contracts administration including Variations, Claims, and Risk Management administration.
- Periodic preparation and processing of contracts status reports.
Qualifications
- B. Sc. Degree in Engineering.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Possesses a flexible approach to work.
