Senior Analyst, Material Planning
- Location: Cairo, Egypt
- Function: Supply Chain
Overview
Manage the MRP process as well as facilitating/driving issue resolution, as well as being accountable for Case Fill Rate and Inventory KPI’s within the cluster.
Responsibilities
- Participating in huddle meetings and ensuring alignment with the global standards and best practices
- Be part of the weekly/monthly Supply Review meetings as a part of the S&OP process
- Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated plans
- Proactively communicate potential issues with the Product Supply– while leading issue resolution
- Conduct monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their category/cluster/plant – and identify/drive corrective actions
- Responsible for leading capability and both long and short-term capacity assessments on supporting demand changes
- Update and maintain KPIs dashboard and suppliers’ scorecard
- Ensure proper Master Data and PO maintenance
Experience You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience within Planning
- 3 years experience using PC based applications
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key business and planning concepts
- Ability to drive action and influence decision making
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with Process Improvement mindset
