Location: New Cairo.
Positions: 1-Team Leader Sales
2-Sales Executive.

• Job responsibilities:
* Prospect, plan and conduct face-to-face visits/calls/emails with new prospective clients.
* Generate leads through social media, internet search tools, calls, visits and referrals.
* Make telephone calls per day to potential new clients or follow old clients.
* Manage and track all activity in our CRM, keeping all documentation up to date.
* Achieve KPIs for target.
* Mastering the implementation of selling steps (Prospecting, Preparation, Approach, Presentation, Handling objections, Closing, and Follow-up).
* Work closely with the Sales Supervisor to continue to optimise the sales process/activity for your market.
• Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* From 2 : 3 years experience in ocean freight or air-freight sales.
* Willing to travel outside of Egypt.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
* Competency in Microsoft (word, excel, and outlook).
