-8+ years of experience in the FMCG Sector with managerial experience, preferably in sales
-University degree in a relevant field.
-Excellent leadership and communication skill.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Fluency in English spoken and written.

Tasks:
-Implement the Company’s business strategy to achieve targets set by the Board of Directors.
-Exponentially grow sales, satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.
-Lead sales and operations teams, setting appropriate KPIs across functions and maximizing the efficiency of business procedures.
-Reporting to the Board on sales performance, profitability, challenges, bottlenecks, and all other aspects of the business.
-Play an active role in developing annual budgets and advising the board on risks and return on investments.
