S2P Associate Manager At Majid Al Futtaim

Role Summary

This position is based in Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions. This is a new department which has recently been set up for all the wholly owned subsidiaries of Majid Al Futtaim. GS is responsible for all the transactional accounting operations of the entities including GL, P2P, O2C & preparation of Financial Statements.You will provide direction and support to the department to manage allocation of resources, complete any requirements to meet business expectations and Service Level Agreements.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support in managing a high-performing Invoice to Pay team by providing training and process expertise to the team
• Oversee processes related to invoice receipt, invoice booking, payments, suppliers queries, month-end Activities, coordinate with Procurement for any I2P master data on supplier master/item master
• Guide the team for I2P processes on a day-to-day basis (including posting of entries).
• Identify and establish policies and procedures in conjunction with the internal and external customers.
• Can be a key point of contact for the Finance BU team for any I2P escalation issue and BU process change
• Be a change agent and always look for process improvement and SME for the whole Purchase To Pay Process.
• Work with I2P Tower lead / Process Manager to ensure the metrics targets as per SLA are met and implement actions to improve process performance in conjunction with the Continuous Improvement Leader.
• Review Open GRNIs and liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate invoice submissions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum of 6 years post-qualification finance experience in a similar role in a shared services organization
• Strong understanding of the entire Purchase To Pay cycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Fluent English
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience.
