Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages regarding reservations.
- Provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and services.
- Book, modify, or cancel reservations as requested
- Maintain and update booking records in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure smooth accommodation arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or reservations preferred.
- Fluency in English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and office software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
