Key responsibilities /
activities:1 Product availability by taking proactive actions to prevent delivery issues to customer and solve backorders and shortages
2 Manage daily OTDS and Back Order Lines root cause analysis and implementation of improvement actions
3 Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory level
4 Inventory Reports analysis and creation of follow up files to maintain Gross stock/DIG/unhealthy stock information
5 Monitor closely the level of obsolete stock , provision calculation and lead scrap campaign
6 Follow up and maintain of product life cycle process with marketing , supply chain and demand planners
7 Run the distribution requirement planning process and responsible for DRP accuracy
8 Collaborate with Demand Planners , SIOP leaders to monitor forecast performance, review critical families, give valuable input for DRP and make necessary actions to reduce obsolete stock
9 Collaborate and follow up of purchase order portfolio management with Procurement team
10 Implement continuous improvement projects by using “ Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma” and other methodologies
11 Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit and share best practices
