Requirements:
Academic and professional qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field required (Food Science, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Food engineer, or related field)
Experience:
· Minimum one year in the field of food industries Food Safety – GMP-HACCP- 22000 –IFS-BRC
Responsible for :
· Review tests and analysis.
· Ensure the product quality is up to specifications.
· Prepare and conduct taste panels for key accounts and communicating reports.
· Prepare samples for Visits, Marketing, Potential customers according to their needs.
· Handling Key Accounts Requests.
· Delivering refresher food safety, GMP training for employees.
· Accompany customers and 3rd party auditors on field audits, inspections, and quality monitoring.
· Attend annual customer meetings, industry events, and continuing education classes.
