Job Description
- Preparing and implementing policies, procedures, and work instructions according to (BRCGS – ISO 22000)
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and follow up on food fraud and food defense plans.
- Lead the implementation of the food safety and quality culture plan on the site.
- Responsible for document control Program.
- HACCP Team Member (HACCP Coordinator) and participate in updating the HACCP Plan.
- Knowledge of legislation concerning Food Safety in MENA region and ensuring all legal standards are met.
- Implement traceability and mock recall exercises.
- Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions resulting from internal & external audits in coordination with the concerned departments
