Job Description

  • Preparing and implementing policies, procedures, and work instructions according to (BRCGS – ISO 22000) 
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
  • Making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and follow up on food fraud and food defense plans.
  • Lead the implementation of the food safety and quality culture plan on the site.
  • Responsible for document control Program.
  • HACCP Team Member (HACCP Coordinator) and participate in updating the HACCP Plan.
  • Knowledge of legislation concerning Food Safety in MENA region and ensuring all legal standards are met.
  • Implement traceability and mock recall exercises.
  • Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions resulting from internal & external audits in coordination with the concerned departments
