Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchasing Supervisor located in Giza. The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, overseeing purchase management and purchase orders, and utilizing analytical skills in procurement. The role involves collaborating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Identify and evaluate new suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, Purchasing planning, and Purchase Orders
- Previous experience working on ERP system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
- Previous experience in managing a team
- Analyze purchasing data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Analytical and Procurement Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the same position is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in printing material is preferable
