Job Description

  • Receiving PRS from all departments, sending RFQs to suppliers, receiving offers and creating the comparison sheet.
  • Making the best purchasing decisions in terms of quality, cost and delivery based on the company’s policy, strategy, target and external factors.
  • Observing the whole purchasing process (order placement, price negotiation, production & shipment follow up, payment).
  • Maintaining excellent business relationship with current suppliers through the proper business communication with them.
  • Negotiating with suppliers for purchasing price, payment terms, production lead times, and other business agreements to reach specified business performance targets.
  • Challenge existing suppliers to recommend more cost effective or more reliable products that will improve our competitive position.
  • Market knowledge in sourcing of materials and services.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external department and ensure that all activities in the department are controlled.
  • Searching for new suppliers and enhance the approval vendor list.
