Key Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in agriculture or agribusiness.
– Experience with packaging materials is a must.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
– Knowledge of agricultural supply chains and related products.
– Understanding of quality assurance and inventory management practices.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
– Knowledge of environmental and regulatory requirements in agriculture is a plus.
