Location: Maadi HQ
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce or a related field)
Experience: 1-3 years (Facility Management or a relevant field is a plus)
Job Responsibilities:
– Process purchasing orders in alignment with project specifications, ensuring adherence to quality and budget requirements.
– Coordinate with suppliers and material vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate payment terms, and finalize agreements.
– Verify product quality, quantity, and costs to secure optimal quality and competitive pricing.
– Gather and analyze data for price comparisons to ensure cost-effectiveness.
– Maintain accurate purchasing records and update relevant systems or databases (POs, PRs, etc.).
