Your role will be to create commercial benefits for the corporation by securing commercial deals with suppliers and

ensuring proper delivery of products to customers while coordinating all the in-between functions of logistics,

warehousing, and vendor-corporate relationship.”

Responsibilities

1. Utilizing the best standard practices across the following domains…

a. Purchasing functions “commercial” with (Vendors, Suppliers, and Manufacturers) locally and

internationally evaluating bids based on price and payment terms, quality, packing, lead time, stock

levels available, etc…

b. Logistics as a first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile either owned fleet or via 3PL

2. Follow the SOP ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ for the S.C. division “Supply Chain”

3. Abide in ensuring the highest KPIs for function across the S.C. division

4. Creating, updating, and maintaining complete online product catalogs across all categories containing all

technical specifications.

5. Decide which product ranges and SKUs to stock, or to manufacture or utilize an instant purchase as

back-to-back operations.

6. Managing incoming and outgoing shipments for both sales and sales returns while handling common

problematic areas such as 1.out of stocks at vendors, 2.returns to vendors, 3.Quality inspections of sales

returns, etc…

7. Monitor and resolve logistics issues in a timely manner, including costs, delivery lead times, damage

claims, loading time, proper handling, etc…

8. Effectively manage Inventory to ensure optimal inventory control, points or re-order, the quantity of

re-order, cash flow, and payments related, etc…Requirements

Requirements

1. Previous working experience as Purchases (outdoors) for (2+) years

2. Previous working experience in technology startups and E-Commerce might be helpful

3. Hands-on experience with supply chain management software “any ERP”

4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

5. Great interpersonal and communication skills

6. BA in Supply Chain Management, or any discipline
