Job requirements:
1 – Conducting offers and price comparisons, which helps in making the right decision regarding purchases.
2- Follow the company’s policies and regulations to complete the purchase process.
3 – Follow up with the warehouse management regarding issuing the addition of the received items.
4 – Follow up on payment of suppliers’ invoices to maintain the company’s relationship with suppliers.
5- Follow up on the arrival of items and ensure that they conform to the specifications written in the purchase order in coordination with the stores and the purchase order.
6- Bring samples of the items to be purchased from the market and present them to the requesting party before purchasing.
7- Make a good study of the market and follow the rise and fall of prices to maintain the purchase at the lowest price.
8- Determine purchasing priorities according to what helps in the flow of the production process.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of Commerce.
Required Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the same field.
Required Skills:Computer skills (Office programs): Good
English Language: Good
Planning and organizing skill to study the company’s needs
Pay attention to the smallest details of the quality and specifications of products, raw materials and consumables before
purchasing.
Executing purchases on time.
