Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Officer located in Qesm El Obour. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for handling purchasing processes, creating purchase orders and requisitions, negotiating contracts, and utilizing analytical skills to support procurement activities.Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchasing operations according to company policies and procedures.
  • Research suppliers and negotiate prices and terms to secure the best offers.
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on purchasing activity and inventory.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Relevant qualifications (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build good relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in industrial or contracting fields is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Location: Elhamd Company, Obour City, Qalyubia.

Work Schedule: Full-time.
